Taisiia is a Consultant of international recruitment business with more than ten years of experience in the IT industry. Taisiia thrives in a technical, fast-paced environment, and possesses extensive knowledge in Software and Information Technology. She is currently responsible for leading IT recruitment within CNA International for more than 30 countries.

On the personal side I am a learning father of a girl and a boy, and when time allows I am deep into rugby, cooking, gaming, gardening, lego and working on my house.
Heidi Wassini has 8 years of experience in Telco companies and 12 years of experience in the HR, primarily within Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding. Heidi has developed and implemented ”best practices” recruitment strategies, processes and tools in Copenhagen Airport, Rambøll Oil & Gas (in Denmark, Norway, The middle East and India), Nilfisk (Scandinavia and Hungary) and Telenor Denmark.
Heidi is passionate about creating a best-in-class candidate experience from attraction to exit with a focus on the attraction and recruitment part. Her methods and tools have helped companies save 25% in 3rd provider fees and shortened time to recruit with more than 50%.
Steve has been within financial services recruitment since 1998, initially working within large recruitment organisations as a National Account Manager, Regional Manager, Internal Recruitment Manager and Executive Search Consultant, before originating his own Search company which he ran for ten years before merging this into his CNA franchise in 2017. Steve has extensive experience in assisting his clients businesses to select the right people at the right time for the right price.
Steve takes a consultative approach to his work with both clients and candidates to assist in securing meaningful collaborations. Steve is primarily an operations recruiter, having recruited within multiple sectors; HR, Digital Marketing, Payments & Financial Crime, Risk, Mortgages and Regulated Financial Services, in addition to roles at the Executive Committee level.
Steve also acts as Business Consultant to clients looking to establish or develop their own Internal Recruitment departments, supplying them with a strategy for origination, implementation and growth. His service includes advice on the development of a CRM Database (recruitment software), recruiter hiring, on boarding and training and development, within IRP codes of practice.
Ellie has worked in generalist HR for over five years, with a passion for the innovative nature and pace of the tech industry. Currently working for a FinTech startup, Ellie has also worked for a global SaaS company where she lead the recruitment and employer brand strategy in the UK, US and APAC, saving over £100k through direct hiring in her first year and winning Employer of the Year along the way.
Ellie has spoken at DisruptHR, is a charity trustee and has delivered training in to the staff of Retrak, a charity in Uganda as part of skills-based volunteering project #ConnectingHRAfrica which she is due to take part in again in 2019, this time in Ethiopia.
Sofia Broberger has been working as a Tech recruiter since 2013, both as an agency recruiter and in-house. Before becoming a recruiter, she worked in sales and education. She is now a freelance recruitment consultant taking on various assignments within sourcing, recruitment and employer branding. She lives and works in Stockholm, Sweden and is trying to make the Swedish recruiters aware that there is a whole world out there, outside of the LinkedIn bubble.
