Both tactical and strategic I lead by example and thrive in building and developing efficient Talent Attraction and People Operation teams.

I am a board advisor for Accordium and a strategic advisor for Practica Capital; I have been Speaker at Linkedin Talent Connect London, Login Vilnius, Unite Amsterdam and Nordic Recruitment Day Copenhagen among other events to discuss recruitment philosophies, company culture and other “people” subjects.

On the personal side I am a learning father of a girl and a boy, and when time allows I am deep into rugby, cooking, gaming, gardening, lego and working on my house.

Heidi Wassini has 8 years of experience in Telco companies and 12 years of experience in the HR, primarily within Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding. Heidi  has developed and implemented ”best practices” recruitment strategies, processes and tools in Copenhagen Airport, Rambøll Oil & Gas (in Denmark, Norway, The middle East and India), Nilfisk (Scandinavia and Hungary) and Telenor Denmark.

Heidi is passionate about creating a best-in-class candidate experience from attraction to exit with a focus on the attraction and recruitment part. Her methods and tools have helped companies save 25% in 3rd provider fees and shortened time to recruit with more than 50%.

Tech recruiter Sofia has experience as an agency recruiter and in-house. Before becoming a recruiter, she worked in sales and education. She is now a freelance recruitment consultant taking on various assignments within sourcing, recruitment and employer branding. She lives and works in Stockholm, Sweden and is trying to make the Swedish recruiters aware that there is a whole world out there, outside of the LinkedIn bubble.

 Ellie is a charity trustee and has delivered training in to the staff of Retrak, a charity in Uganda as part of skills-based volunteering project #ConnectingHRAfrica.
